Three-fourths of the way to Amarillo on a six-hour drive from Dallas, in what you would call "the middle of nowhere" we happened upon Steve's Steakhouse. The sign says "Steakout", but it's clear that by the time Yellow Pages registration came around, Steve realized Steakout doesn't make any sense.
