The variety of elements in this sign give the impression that the design was dictated over the phone, with lots of static. I haven't seen this sign at night, but one hopes that the "wheel" in the circle is animated to give a rollin' appearance.
Both the sign and the company's name refuse to claim "Motel" as a description. You'd think, with a name like "Rollin' Wheels", they'd latch onto such a distinction.
